To make the top 100, companies passed an accreditation process and were verified as a genuinely flexible employer. During this process, Flexa analyses key markers of flexibility including place of work, hours, frequency of travel, and benefits such as parental leave and dog-friendly offices. These workplace policies were scored against a flexibility index based on over 100,000 data points. This score was then combined with how well each company performed according to an employee perception index. Employer ratings were based on key cultural indicators such as work-life balance, flexibly supported working, working environment, and benefits available.
Based on factors such as working from home policies, remote working, flexible hours, benefits, and other cultural indicators, the Flexa100 ranking benchmarks organisations’ flexibility against industry competitors. In addition to its flexibility, CTS is proud of the benefits it provides its employees, partners, and the company.
“We’re delighted to be featured in this year’s Flexa’s Top 100 list. Flexibility is a core part of the culture at CTS and we’ve consciously created an environment that allows our people to do their best work. Unlimited holidays, learning days and our new work from anywhere policy are just a few examples of how we keep raising the bar, ” says Elena Christodoulou, Head of Country at CTS.
“CTS’ higher position in this year’s Flexa100 list shows how we continually explore new policies and benefits that promote a positive work/life balance for our employees. Flexible working is becoming increasingly desirable for many jobseekers, and Flexa provides a platform for us to appeal to those individuals seeking roles in which they can tailor their working patterns to suit their personal circumstances and preferences,” says Nick Bain, Talent Acquisition Lead for CTS.
