Collaborating Intelligence in Recruitment and the Workforce: Humans and AI

4th November 2021
When

Thursday 4th November 2021

4pm - 5:50pm

(GMT +1)

Who Should Attend

Head of HR, Head of People, Recruitment

Join CTS and Google for a discussion on the recruitment process and beyond and whether machine learning and AI is helping without you knowing it.

We've all seen enough post-apocalyptic movies and tv shows to be familiar with the phrase ''robots are taking over the world''. Here at CTS, it would be counterproductive to not embrace change, so how does advanced technology benefit us? And how do we keep that fine balance between robots and culture?

Let’s talk about forming a great culture, with a little help from our robot friends.

Forbes recently wrote an article that says AI cannot replicate the level of social intelligence needed for HR professionals to engage and build healthy relationships with candidates and employees¹, but how is machine learning finding its way into various parts of our lives without us even noticing it? (Forbes, 2021)

Join us on the 4th November to discuss how machine learning and AI is human-centered with hiring and building a great culture as a top priority; as well as top recruitment challenges such as candidate experience, brand reputation and efficiency during the recruitment process.

We would love for you to then join us for a short cheese and wine tasting experience, so make sure to provide your delivery address on the registration form.
